The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Wellix. Wellix operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience collectively referred to as the “Services.”

Wellix is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

Wellix offers pet treats, oral drops, powders, nutritional granules, supplements, eye care products, ear care products, grooming products, and other pet care products.

We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products accurately. However, product colors, packaging, size, labeling, and appearance may differ slightly from what is displayed on your screen due to device settings, screen configuration, packaging updates, or production variations.

Product images are provided for reference and illustration purposes. Packaging, labels, ingredients, accessories, or product presentation may be updated without prior notice, provided that the essential product type and ordered quantity remain substantially consistent.

Product descriptions, ingredient information, usage directions, and other product information are provided for general informational purposes. Individual pets may respond differently to the same product, and we do not guarantee that a product will produce a particular result or meet every individual preference or expectation.

Products must be used only for their intended purpose and in accordance with the directions provided on the product packaging or product page.

All product descriptions, prices, specifications, and availability are subject to change at any time without prior notice at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit the quantities available to any person, household, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

When you place an order through the Services, you are submitting an offer to purchase the selected products.

Wellix reserves the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for any lawful reason at our discretion, including suspected fraud, incorrect product or pricing information, inventory limitations, payment issues, shipping restrictions, or violation of these Terms.

An order is not considered accepted until we have received and processed your payment and issued an order confirmation.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. We may be unable to accommodate changes or cancellation requests after an order has been processed or prepared for shipment.

If we reject, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing information, shipping information, or phone number submitted with the order.

Purchases are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

You represent and warrant that products purchased through the Services are intended for lawful personal or household use and not for unauthorized commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 – PRICES, PROMOTIONS, AND BILLING

Product prices, discounts, promotional offers, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

The price charged for a product will be the price displayed at checkout when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, displayed prices may not include shipping charges, handling fees, taxes, customs duties, import charges, or other applicable fees.

Prices available through the Wellix online store may differ from prices offered through third-party websites, marketplaces, promotional campaigns, retail stores, or other sales channels.

From time to time, we may offer discounts, promotional codes, free gifts, bundles, or other special offers. These promotions may be subject to separate eligibility requirements, expiration dates, exclusions, minimum purchase requirements, and usage limitations.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

Promotional codes cannot be combined.
Promotional codes cannot be applied to previous purchases.
Promotional offers have no cash value.
Complimentary or promotional items are not eligible for cash refunds.
We may modify, suspend, or end a promotion at any time.

If promotional terms conflict with these Terms, the specific promotional terms will govern the applicable promotion.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, billing, payment, and account information for all transactions.

You agree to promptly update your information, including your email address, billing details, card information, and expiration dates, so that we can process transactions and contact you when necessary.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Order processing times and delivery estimates are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, transportation interruptions, public holidays, inaccurate customer information, events outside our reasonable control, or other circumstances that we cannot reasonably prevent.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

We are not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, losses, or additional charges caused by an incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable address supplied by the customer.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery will be handled by that carrier. Risk of loss will pass to the customer only to the extent permitted under applicable law.

Estimated shipping times do not include order processing time, customs delays, or delays outside our control.

The Wellix name, logo, product names, designs, and slogans are trademarks or intellectual property of Wellix or its applicable licensors and may not be used without prior written permission.

The Shopify name, logo, products, services, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Shopify.

Other names, logos, products, services, designs, and slogans appearing through the Services belong to their respective owners.

SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL THIRD-PARTY TOOLS

We may provide access to tools, applications, payment methods, integrations, or other services supplied by third parties.

We do not necessarily monitor, control, or have input over such third-party tools.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Wellix is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

However, purchases and sales made through our store are transactions directly between you and Wellix.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not the seller of Wellix products and is not responsible for the products, order fulfillment, delivery, returns, refunds, customer service, or any injury, damage, or loss arising from products purchased from Wellix.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or relating to purchases and transactions made directly with Wellix.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, change or cancel promotions, or cancel an affected order if information is inaccurate, including after an order has been submitted.

If an order is cancelled after payment due to an error, we will issue an applicable refund to the original payment method.

Disclose the name or operator of the Agent where reasonably requested.
Not disguise automated activity as human activity.
Not bypass CAPTCHAs or other measures intended to distinguish automated activity from human activity.
Respond accurately when asked whether an interaction is being conducted by a human or automated system.
Not circumvent measures intended to block, restrict, modify, or control automated access.

SECTION 15 – TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your account, this agreement, or your access to all or part of the Services at our discretion where permitted by applicable law.

Your inability to access or use the Services.
Products purchased through the Services.
Errors or omissions in content.
Unauthorized access to data.
Lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, or replacement costs.

This limitation applies whether liability is alleged under contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, statute, or another legal theory, even if we were advised that such loss could occur.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction.

SECTION 18 – INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wellix, Shopify, and our respective affiliates, partners, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from:

Your violation of applicable law.
Your violation of another person’s rights.
Your unlawful or unauthorized access to or use of the Services.

We will provide reasonable notice of an indemnifiable claim.

Failure to provide immediate notice will not relieve you of your obligations unless the delay materially prejudices your ability to respond.

Where permitted by law, we may control the defense and settlement of the claim at your expense, including the selection of legal counsel.

We will not agree to a settlement imposing non-monetary obligations on you without your consent, which must not be unreasonably withheld.

These Terms, together with policies and operating rules posted through the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Wellix concerning your use of the Services.

They replace prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, agreements, or understandings concerning the Services, whether written or oral.

Any ambiguity in these Terms will not automatically be interpreted against the party that drafted them.

SECTION 21 – ASSIGNMENT

You may not transfer, delegate, or assign these Terms or any rights or obligations under them without our prior written permission.

Any attempted unauthorized transfer or assignment will be invalid.

We may transfer, assign, or delegate these Terms and our related rights and obligations as part of a business reorganization, sale, transfer, merger, financing, or other lawful transaction, subject to applicable law.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements through which Wellix provides the Services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

You and Wellix agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide you with the right to bring a claim in another jurisdiction.

Section headings are included for convenience only and do not limit, modify, or otherwise affect the interpretation of these Terms.
